is as simple as that.. damn.. and it’s there all along… hew hew hew… simply type <script src=http://yourURL/yourjsfile.js></script> in your edit profile form field (like in hobbies, interest, favourite movies, music, etc in the more about section) and let the functions in the your js file do the "layout-ing" ^_^ such as creating stysheet (load your css file to the document) ^_^

well.. not much actually… but you can use it if you want… the cbox feature is enhanced by the additional script.. so it has auto refresh, and auto detection of the viewer.. if the viewer is NOT log in to their friendster, then he/she could not participate in the chat.. when he/she login, then they just type the message, without capability of changing their name and url…

the settings for your cbox id is in the chatapp.php file… open the file using your text editor like NOTEPAD or EDIT PLUS… read the instruction inside to change the variables… then, save and upload your chatapp.php to your free webserver… i recommend http://www.ripway.com coz they’re free, and can host your php file…

after the upload, your chatapp.php should have url sumthin like http://h1.ripway.com/youraccount/chatapp.php then, you edit the RELEASED-KALEUMM-CHATANDWVM.TXT, in the chatapp variable section… exclude the extension (.php) so it will be like http://h1.ripway.com/youraccount/chatapp

then, after you save it, paste the script to your media box… the feature is hiding your mediabox, content_ads, footer, and creating a "box" under your friendlist, which contain the cbox and your who’s online and who view system… you can adjust the background thingy directly in the box content.. well.. you should know a little HTML to do that..

the whoview and who’s online system is a php and mysql database application that i’ve wrote and store in a free hosting… it counts how many user currently viewing your profile, and store their data in a database (log in or not), and it counts how many times your page have been visited…the engine is filtered by pageOwnerID.. so it won’t mixed up with other page owner.. click the number (who’s online or total view) and it will pop up a tiny 300 x 200 window, with the last 20 of your viewer, and list of who’s online….

it’s a free engine and in a free hosting… so, bare me the bandwith… ^_^

i’m developing a new code as a feature for my profile…

for those of you who are using cbox for your chat box, here by i ask your permission to view your cbox from my profile page… it’s kinda like featured "chatroom" where viewers of my profile can click to view the featured chatroom directly from my profie…

they can NOT participate in the chatbox… to participate they MUST visit your profile… and i place some script that ONLY logged viewers can access the featured chatroom menu…

i also place a notification function for you (who’s cbox been featured and viewed) that someone (logged user) is viewing your cbox from my profile…

for those of you who allows your cbox to be listed as featured chatroom in my profile, please send me a message… and i will be glad to share you the code…

now you can place your flash animation as your banner… download the script HERE ^_^ change the url of your flash file, but exclude the .swf thingy… if you’re familiar with actionscripts in flash, i’ve already pass a variable named vn as a variable for your viewer’s name to the flash movie… so, capture it as _level0.vn

well… as i thought, it’s do-able.. ^_^ we can now make our own overlay script without overusing the bandwith… and it’s really customizeable and very much unlimited possibilities to design our friendster profile as if we design our own website.. ^_^

still developing though.. wish i had more time :(( but, just want to share it with all you tweakers.. ^_^ i’ll release the code later…

well… now you can have more than 1 theme in the verysame profile.. visitors can choose what theme do they want to see, out of your profile… it’s for those who really like a various kinda style and have more than one profile to accomodate those styles… ^_^ well.. hope you’ll like it…. coz it’s pure media box script, no overlay, no css file needed, and it’s very customizeable, when you know a little bout javascript and html… ^_^
